and when all the coolies go home they also go home too, and also on
the29th. August 1912 at 3.45 p.m. I attended the offices of Bead
Sanitary Department to hand him over the keys of the Peak Watchman,
quarter, and same time saw the Poek Watchman named Mækt Gulam Nehi
my successor to whom the Head of Sanitary Department handed over the
keys of Peak Watchman quarter (which were given to him by me at the
same time) in his office whose duty was till 4 p.m. to remain on the
Peak and by coming so early he may have left the Peak District at 3
15 p.m. but I do not know whether the Head of Sanitary Department has
reported him for being absent from his duty at the time above mention-
ed and if not so the Head of Sanitary Department has done unjustice
for me,
as the 2nd. charge against me is that Inspector Frith scr me
in a milk shop in Hollywood Road at 3.45 p.m. the 23/7/1912 which can
be proved false.
And also on the 21st. August 1912 I requested the Head of
Sanitary Department to show me the copy of his minutes to the Govern
ment and the minutes of His Excellency the Governor on which ground
I am dismissed to which he seið xanikkuum gentleman refused and told
me to apply for it to the Colonial Secretary, and for which I applied
to the Colonial Secretary through my solicitors on the 21/8/1912 to
which the answer was given by sending back the copy of my statement
and no mimites of H. S. D. and H. E. the Government, as His Excellency
has dismissed me on the statement mɛde by H. S. D. even false or
right about which I have a doubt and the number of slip sent in by
the Colonial Secretary is a mumber of letter as 172 of 1911 and is
the mumber of a letter in which a complain was made against me for
money lending, which accordingly has nothing to do with the present
Therefore the Honourable members of the Sanitary Board and H. E.
the Governor are requested toview the matter &0.
I have the honour to be
Sir,
Your obedient Bervent.
